Announcement for Course Selection for Spring 2013 (Classes Commencement Date: Monday, April 8, 2013) The Course Selection link will be available from Tuesday, March 26, 2013 under Student Services Tab. The students are advised to logon to their respective VULMS account and select their course(s) immediately or at least before the semester commencement date. However, students may add/drop course(s) until April 17, 2013. Failing to enroll any course(s) by the last date, such students will be treated as “INACTIVE STUDENT” in Spring 2013 semester under “Semester Freeze Rules 2012” and required to pay additional fee. All the students are informed that link for need based scholarships has been opened. Last date for applying is April 15, 2013. Please note that all the students, i.e. new as well as existing students have to apply for the need based scholarship. Those students who were already awarded need based scholarship before, should apply afresh for the scholarship. Please also note that you have to upload latest paid electricity bill with your application for the need based scholarship. Existing students will able to apply for the need based scholarship after declaration of result of Fall 2012.
All those students who are expected to complete the minimum credit hours required to complete their respective degree programs are informed that convocation fee vouchers (Rs. 2,000 for local students and USD 50 for overseas students) have been issued in your LMS account books. The payment of said voucher is mandatory to get your transcript, degree and other certificates. It is therefore advised to pay it at your earliest to avoid any delay in dispatch of your credentials.
Fall 2012 semester result has been announced and published. The students may check their respective Grade Books on VULMS.
NOTE:
The Transcript of Record as well as other certificates of all graduating (whose degree requirements are completed) students will be dispatched to them in a single envelope within 7-10 working days of the publication of result except those who have RL cases, Outstanding VU dues, Pending Paper Rechecking requests.A student who wants to get his/her paper(s) rechecked is advised to visit the Student Services section on VULMS.The next exam i.e. Spring 2013 Mid Term will commence, according to VU Academic Calendar, during 4th week of May, 2013.
