How to use the eCare Service ?
To use Zong E-Care customers will need to sign up first @ http://ecare.zong.com.pk by providing correct details.
Provide your Zong phone number, your CNIC number, after doing that you will receive the password to login through SMS on you mobile number.
Now you can access Zong eCare by using your cell phone number and password to login. The new features and updated service will benefit the customers.
