Easy Steps for etop up via Call Center
Step 1: Just call Summit Bank at 0800 24252
Step 2: Provide your Account number & verification to our Phone Banking officer.(PBO)
Step 3: Request the PBO for the Prepaid Electronic Voucher for mobile network of choice.
Step 4: The PBO will instantly log your request (Maximum top up value via Call Center is Rs. 100/-).
Step 5: Customer will receive PIN code on their registered cell number via SMS.
Step 6: The denomination amount will automatically be deducted from your account.
Note: FnF feature will not be allowed through the Call Center.
