Whether you would be interested in receiving a proposal from my company, I want to assure you that my company supports the nurturing of the poor and destitute. My company proposes to offer a good amount of funds in order to help solve your monetary issues. We here at Virtual University ***** strongly believe in reducing poverty that is by collaborating with your organization.

Apart from that my company also offers building residential areas with flawless sanitation for those of whom which cannot afford a proper shelter. Apart from that my company also plans on setting aside a good amount of fortune to be invested in providing educational facilities for the poor. I personally feel that our strategic planning has the
absolute potential to transform the lives of many who are being offered shelter within your organization.

Looking at the impressive nature of your organization I would like to inquire about your business dealings within the organization. That is I would like to know how you people at the Social Welfare tend to spend your funding benefits. Apart from that I would also like to know what are the facilities being offered by your organization to the
poor. And how do the those people benefit from your organization?

As for on my company's part I would like if you could just pencil out a rough picture of what does your organization expects from its trustee's. What are your desired results on our behalf?

Correct organization of a business message is important for both the audience and the communicator? Explain.


Good organization of a business message means that the subject and the purpose of that particular message is made clear. The purpose of good organization is to basically help you audience comprehend exactly what you are trying to communicate.

The most common mistakes that companies tend to make are that they tend to ramble on in their message that is they tend to waste valuable customer time, Resulting in the customer feeling disinterested in the message. Apart from that other common mistakes of unorganized business messages are the mixing up of ideas and skipping out on necessary information. 
But good organization of a business message can lead to saving time and cutting down on workload. Not only that it further helps the communicator to delegate with ease. The correct compilation of
business messages also tends to increase reader understanding that is it makes the reader more receptive to the message. Lastly it helps save the customers time, which results in praise for the communicator.

Therefore good organization of a business message is not only important for the audience but also the communicator. Since both ways it benefits the organization
