Islamabad: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has launched various calling packages to facilitate its customers. The new regional and local calling packages are the continuation of packages previously launched by PTCL that gave its customers the freedom of unlimited calling within an area group for a fixed monthly charge without worrying about additional charges. Newly launched packages now provide customers with more options to choose from depending upon their communication needs.
PTCL customers can now choose from 4 proposed packages with 3 packages mainly targeting at residential and one package designed especially for corporate customers. The residential packages targets users from low end to high end providing them free minutes ranging from 200 to 750 to choose from depending upon their requirement, while the corporate package gives the facility of 3000 free on-net minutes.
Naveed Saeed SEVP Commercial said, “the launch of the new packages option will have a very positive impact, on segmenting our customers based upon their communication habits. It will also encourage more and more people to use PTCL landline service as subscribers with related usage can now opt for their respective packages”. He further added that PTCL keeping in mind the needs of customers will in future introduce more such offers to facilitate the users.
Aasif Inam EVP Consumer Services said, “This launch would not only have a positive impact on PTCL revenue stabilization but would also facilitate our budget conscious customers by giving them the liberty to choose from various option according to their needs. Another aim behind this launch had also been the provision of this service for the facilitation of our customers living in small cities as well. He also said it would also reinforce PTCL image as customer oriented organization and to facilitate our customers to the maximum would always be our top priority.
