Blog: Google’s NFC Mobile Payment System

Google Inc. is said to be working on a new mobile payment system based on NFC (Near Field Communication).

This new service by Google is expected to launch this year. Google introduced NFC into its Android smartphone operating system with the Android Gingerbread 2.3 version that was released last year, which is currently available only on the Samsung built Nexus S mobile phone.
