Kick Now, the app created by Niyaz Noor Ali and Amir Ali Jiwani wins the first round of Middle East and Africa Windows Phone 7 Challenge. Both are the students of National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES Karachi Campus), Pakistan.
According to Niyaz Noor Ali “When I heard about Windows Phone, I was too excited to try developing for it. Microsoft yet again fulfilled its promise of offering an easy world of development. Middle East & Africa Challenge was a great initiative of bringing together developers of the region on one common platform, which, for me, proved to be an excellent opportunity!”

A nudge comes with breaking news making sure you do not miss out on anything.Over all this glittery app with prodigious application has to put a smile on one’s face. ‘Kick Now’ will not help in any specific way to get over your football-madness but it is what one might call a fun app. Football fans will surely love to use this app.”“I was working on Windows phone 7 since its development at Pi-Labs. I had a great experience working on Live projects for Windows phone 7 that are currently running successfully in UK, then I saw an article by Microsoft for Windows phone 7 application development competition which was targeted in whole Middle East Asia and I decided to go and participate from Pakistan.” He added
