Suppose, if you were to developing a new room for your house, the following specific activities you would expect to be undertaken and the following representations you would expect to be produced.
A: Initiation: You would initiate the system by deciding that you wanted a room, and produce the application description that broadly described what you wanted. This may be expressed in a letter, sketch or verbally and would form the basis of discussions with experts such as builders and architects.
B: Analysis of requirements gathering: You would produce a requirements specification detailingwhat the room was for (for example, a kitchen, a lounge, a bedroom), the amount of money available, how large it was to be and so on. This requirements specification thus describes the purpose the uses and the constraints that apply to your room. It would probably be produced in consultation with a builder or an architect and expressed in terms of sketches and a natural language description.
C: Design: An architect would produce a set of blueprints (a detailed, formal system design) which represented you requirements.
D: Implementation: A builder would use the blue prints to build the design and produce your room.
E: Operation and Management: During the lifetime of the room, you might change its purpose (for example, a bedroom becomes a study room) and you would certainly have to maintain it by repainting and so on.
F: Validation, Verification and testing: During these processes you would be checking that the developing product met you requirements (Validation) and was being developed in accordance with the plans (verification). You would also test parts of the product (for example that a window was at the correct height).
Question:

How might the development continue in each case? [20]
