As any good public speaker knows, it is estimated that about 80% of the total meaning of what we say is communicated not through the actual words we use but through the non-verbal communication, the pauses, the inflection and the stress that we use delivering those words. I am sure you have had really boring teachers who manage to turn the most exciting topic into a struggle for survival as you battle sleep to endure a lecture. Yet at the same time I bet you have had excellent teachers or lecturers who have made a topic that you thought was going to be boring absolutely fascinating through theirnon-verbal communication and so on. All this shows that actually theway we speak and the methods that we use are much more important than the words themselves. This is why speech makers practice theirspeeches before giving them. It is all about technique and how we say what we say.:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
No! I do not agree with the statement. A well-prepared business report will provide complete, accurate information about an aspect of a company’s operations. A Business Report is an impartial, objective, planned presentation of facts to one or more persons for a specific business purpose. So we cannot consider the internet or print media as the replacement of our business reports. Each firm or organization has its own type of reporting system, as there is not a fixed pattern for business report writing, so considering the definition of a business report we cannot ignore the importance of a business report.

I dont agree with this :
reasons:
The purpose of a business report is to convey essential information in an organized, useful format. And despite technological advances, the ability to accumulate data, organize facts, and compose a readable text remains a highly marketable skill.
Business reports are like bridges spanning time and space. Organizations use them to provide a formal, verifiable link among people, places, and times. Some reports are needed for internal communication: others are vehicles for corresponding with outsiders. Some are required as a permanent record; others are needed to solve an immediate problem or to answer a passing question
