Discussion Question
Please carefully go through the following two cases and discuss your answer with logical reasons. Also note that your discussion should be to the point and free from any copied material. Case 01: Ihsan promises to sell his car to Naveed after a week for Rs 190000/= and hands over its possession to Naveed at the time of promise. Naveed takes the car to his home and parks it in his garage. After two days, weak pillars of garage fall and seriously damage the car. In your opinion who has sustained the loss and why? Case 02: Zafaryab after buying car from Zameer, for Rs 150000/=, leaves it with him who has promised to deliver it after two weeks. Zameer after a week goes to Peshawar from Islamabad and there he faces an accident which damages the car. In your opinion who has sustained the loss and why?
