This award has soon been followed by the Customer Services Innovation Award, under the Consumer Service Innovation category received at the Global Telecom Business Innovation Awards 2011.
Global Telecom Business is the only website and magazine designed specifically for CEO’s and CFO’s of operators and service providers across the world.
The event was held in London and the award was received by Ahmad Kamal, Chief Officer Customer Operations on behalf of Ufone.
