Mobilink now brings new subscription based service value added service “Mobilink News Alerts” for its customers.

With Mobilink News Alerts, users will receive daily breaking news alerts.

The service is available in English and Urdu.

After subscribing to this service, the customer will receive news alerts for next 30 days.

At the 30th day an intimation message will be sent for re-subscription of the service

Maximum of five breaking news will be pushed every day

Service Details:

• Short Code (SMS): 300, 900

Service Charges:

• SMS to 300: Rs. 2+Tax/SMS


• Subscription Charges to 900: Rs. 15+Tax/Month

How to subscribe:

• Send ‘News’ via SMS to Short Code 300

The following menu will be sent from SMS SC 900

To subscribe to Mobilink News Alerts reply with (1-2):

1. English Breaking News (Rs. 15+t/month)


2. Urdu Breaking News (Rs. 15+t/month)

After Replying with 1 or 2, the following confirmation reply messages will be sent for English Breaking News and Urdu Breaking News respectively from 300:
