Blog: PAC has ordered special audit of the PTA - The News

The Monitoring and Implementation Committee of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has ordered special audit of the Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA), by expressing concern over the performance of the authority, reported The News

PTA Chairman Muhammad Yasin briefed the PAC body about the PTA Board on Monday. The convenor of the PAC body, MNA Yasmeen Rehman chaired the meeting.

The Committee directed the audit officials to have special audit of PTA’s affairs and submit the report to it. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Haider Abbas Rizvi, Asia Nasir, officials of PTA and audit officials attended the meeting.
